1.The graphics card is not compatible with the following motherboards
If your motherboard is the following models: B460, H510, H610, B550, B660 these motherboards,
Then it may cause incompatibility problems caused by UEFI version, which can be solved by turning on the CSM mode of the motherboard. If you cannot solve it by yourself, please contact customer service for assistance.
If your motherboard is of these models, please do not buy this graphics card. (Nvidia graphics cards can be purchased) .
If this is the reason For disputes caused by compatibility issues of several models, we will not refund, thank you for your cooperation!
2.Behaviors that may lead to premature invalidation of the warranty
Each sent package has passed a number of stress tests and quality inspections to ensure normal operation before sending. It is not recommended to replace the original BIOS.
Ⅰ. If the graphics card is overloaded due to the replacement of the third-party BIOS, resulting in damage or bricking, we will not provide warranty and return refund services;
Ⅱ.If the buyer disassembles the product at a non-designated official repair shop (based on tearing up the warranty certificate sticker), we will not refund the damaged product if the product is damaged.
Ⅲ.If it is used for mining, the warranty period is only 3 months.If you need mining BIOS, please contact customer service. By default, we only send game BIOS graphics cards.(Note: Windows 10 may not be able to enter the driver, please contact customer service if you encounter it, it is recommended to use the OS system for mining.)
